This girls life takes place in a future time zone where everything is junked and not many people are alive. She lives with this one guy, Dimitri, that won't leave her alone. He is human. He knows about her powers. She is about 17-19 and has the power of fire. Whenever she gets pissed her fists erupt in a light lavender or dark violet depending how pissed. She is very ill tempered and has long black hair that gradually turns purple at the ends. She is 5' 11" and is very lean. She has individuality when she dresses( everything has purple and gray) plus she has an purple cord connected to a purple sliced agate.
She has a journey that includes action, thriller and a bit of romance.

This next one is about 4 groups of vampire covens.
One. Vandyke Coven. (The superior race; only can be married into the coven)
Two. Night Dwellers. (They are the worst coven; kinda the bad guys, and they wish anarchy upon the world)
Three. Fallen Angels. (The good guys basically)
Four. Reapers. (They were once a Night Dweller or a Vandyke but they found a way out that doesn't include a final death; now they are by themselfs or a Fallen Angel)
Set about 100-263 years in the future.
.................................................................................................................................................
The Last book is about a pair of vampire twins that are the only vampires born.... ever.....
Yin. She is 5' 10" and has long black hair. She is lean. She is the fighter in the pair. She was born to weild a sword. She has, like her brother, the yin and yang symbol in her eyes. She has no boyfriend because she believes it will mess with her training, but she has a crush on Cecil.
Yang. He is 6' 2" and has long white hair. He is muscular. He is a fighter but doesn't take fighting a seriously as his sister. He has the symbol in his eyes. He is bi-sexual. His girlfriend is Di and his boyfriend is Raven. They don't know he's dating the other.

HELEN, thy beauty is to me
Like those Nicean barks of yore,
That gently, o'er a perfumed sea,
The weary way-worn wanderer bore
To his own native shore.

On desperate seas long wont to roam,
Thy hyacinth hair, thy classic face,
Thy Naiad airs have brought me home
To the glory that was Greece,
And the grandeur that was Rome.

Lo ! in yon brilliant window-niche
How statue-like I me thee stand,
The agate lamp within thy hand!
Ah, Psyche, from the regions which
Are Holy-land !

-THE END-

admin answers:

To Ellen by Edgar Allan Poe.

This poem is a tribute to Helen of Troy, a character in Greek mythology.
In analyzing it you will need to look up any foreign words and name places which are unfamiliar to you.

Here is a link to a page on Helen:

Short poem, could have been the Iliad.

Paul asks…

Is there a conection between the Brest Plate in Ex 28:13-30 & 1 Thes 5:8 ?

Ex 16-21
16 Foursquare it shall be being doubled; a span shall be the length thereof, and a span shall be the breadth thereof.
17 And thou shalt set in it settings of stones, even four rows of stones: the first row shall be a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle: this shall be the first row.
18 And the second row shall be an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond.
19 And the third row a ligure, an agate, and an amethyst.
20 And the fourth row a beryl, and an onyx, and a jasper: they shall be set in gold in their inclosings.
21 And the stones shall be with the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, like the engravings of a signet; every one with ahis name shall they be according to the twelve tribes.

1 Thes 5:8
But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation

If there is a conection , what is it ?

Mr McC Just for you .
Isa 59:17
17 For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloke

Eph 6:14
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of drighteousness;

admin answers:

The first for the priests of God under the Mosaical law. The second is part of the Christian armor (see also Eph 6:11-18). If we are correct in understanding that as Children of God in Christ, we are priests under the High Priesthood of Christ, then there may be a connection.

I have not read any scholarly research comparing the two. There maybe something out there.

Our breastplate as Christians is more along the lines of armor -- protection from the forces of evil / sin in the world. The Exodus breastplate was a decoration signifying God's relationship with his chosen people under the Law of Moses.

I am interested in other answers you get -- I'll check back.
