The Throat Chakra. Crystal: BLUE AGATE. Set aside a particular time to practise this meditation when you know you will not be disturbed. Get comfortable and make sure that the room in which you are going to be meditating is warm enough for personal comfort. Prop yourself up on cushions is necessary, or sit in a chair that supports your body. Select the crystal you wish to meditate with, in this case BLUE AGATE, and hold it gently in whichever hand you feel most comfortable with. You are ready to begin. PLEASE NOTE; The crystal used in this guided meditation is not the only perfered crystal for this state of chakra. If another crystal is perfered, is can easily be adapted into the meditation.
