Nancy asks…

How should I deal with them? ?

I have just apprehended a couple of young hoodies - both with German sounding names - carrying a bag full of precious stones. They freely admit to having stolen these from a disabled female pensioner living alone in the woods in one of those old gingerbread style houses. Whilst having a confession beaten out of them, they further admitted to shoving the old duck into a roaring oven - presumably in an attempt to destroy the evidence.

Should I hand them over to the authorities? My concern is that they will probably only get a few years in a young offenders detention centre and will soon be back on the streets and causing trouble.

On the other hand, I’m tempted to take matters into my own hands, handing out some rough justice and confiscating the loot myself.

What should I do?

I'm afraid your suspicions about the lily-livered, weak approach to effective punishment are well founded. And it's the females who are the worst! Why only last year I heard a Ms G Locks boasting at a party. She was on the run for burglary and damage to property - she had trashed some poor family's dining room by throwing porridge right left and centre and smashed up some furniture. She gave out some sob story excuse about being tired and emotional, but her fetish for sleeping between others' dirty sheets speaks for itself. Her companion, a Snowy W Hite, now on the sex offenders register, has apparently even published a book about her sexual experimentation with a large population of woodland-dwelling dwarfs! What is the word coming to!

Baby Names!!! Please can you help?

So we are now only weeks away from our babies being born into the world, and guess what? We are still undecided on names! AH! Very scary stuff people.
Just to recap from my previous question, we are have fraternal twins a boy and a girl. We love the name Alice for a girl, but it isn't as set in stone as it was before. Because as much as we love the name, Twilight has made it a little too popular for our tastes. Just in the last several months, we have met 27 different girls and one very unfortunate boys that were named Alice, where as before Alice's were few and far between. We are looking for something unique, like we have found with the name Anthem for our dearest son. But again not set in stone, if you the good people of the world could give us some amazing names for my future precious angels it would be greatly appreciated. And don't feel the need to incorporate Alice or Anthem in the names you choose, because all names are welcome. Also they don't have to start with the same letter as each other, and they don't have to start with an A.
Thanks to all you future answerer's? I don't think that' a word, but don't argue with the pregnant lady! 🙂
Okay all of your beautiful people! That you so much for answering it means the world to me and my husband for all of your creative help! We are almost positive our ending names will be Anthem for our precious boy. And Phoenix for our daughter. Though they were not names that had been suggested it was still a huge help! Thanks again to all who answered. Feel free to answer after this, with more names, or just what you think of the names we have chosen!
xoxo pregnant lady!

I soo get what you' re saying! That whole Alice from Twilight thing is ridiculous!

Anyway, I love Rebecca or Cynthia, or maybe Stacie for a girl, because they are all cutesy and girly, even innocent, but can also exude a sense of strength.

For little boys, Thomas or Jack(John, Jonathan) would be great because they are tough and rugged but also very classic and beautiful names.

Good luck with your lil' sugar-pies, and I hope everything goes well for you and the rest of your pregnancy!

XOXO,
Lauren(:

What is the sacred Navajo name of the black obsidian arrowhead found in ruins?

I make beaded & wire wrap jewelry & precious stones. Yesterday a couple asked if I had any arrowheads. As a matter of fact, I found a black obsidian arrowhead at a Antique Sale on 10/01/06. This couple became very excited & said that what I had in my posession had great spirtual significance in the Navajo community.

admin answers:

Black arrowheads sell now from 10 dollars to 50 dollars.Black obsidian was quite common among Navahos. It came primarily from Dibe' Nitsaa, Obsidian Mountain. It represented insight and truth.

The more unrealistic, the better! L0L Have fun!!♥

---In June, you meet your husband at a church group and it's love at first sight. Within 4 months, you are engaged and planning the wedding. In December, you are thrilled to realize you are pregnant! The doctors say it's a boy! You want to name him something unique but not crazy. What do you name him?

---2 years later, you are pregnant again with a baby girl! You want her first name to be a family name and her middle name to be a flower, precious stone or month. What do you name her?

---Triplets! They are all sweet little girls. But when you have them, you are heartbroken to hear only 2 babies survived. You want to name the 2 surviving girls with the initials CR. What do you name them?

---You and your best friend have been buddies through think and thin. She finds out she is pregnant with triplets but she can't keep them for financial reasons. You offer to raise them and she is glad she will still be able to see them and agrees. There are 2 boys and one girl. What are their names?
